AUTHORIZED CAPITAL AND SHAREHOLDERS    The authorized capital of the Credit Organization being owned 100% to the state consists of 18.535.425 pieces ordinary shares (eighteen million five hundred thirty five thousand four hundred twenty five pirces) with a per share nominal value of 1 (one) manat amounting to 18.535.425 (eighteen million five hundred thirty five thousand four hundred twenty five) manat. The State Committee of Azerbaijan Republic for Property Matters is appearing as custodian of the state owned share equity.
