The Credit Organization carries out the credit services in all regions of Azerbaijan aiming at achieving the social development of the agrarian field in rural areas as per the line of the program “Crediting the rural areas” at its own expenses. The Credit Organization is rendering loan services for all entrepreneurship units in all regions of Azerbaijan excluding the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan aiming at supporting the development of entrepreneurship at the expenses of the National Fund of Supporting the Entrepreneurship. The Credit Organization is rendering credit services in Absheron, Khizi, Shabran and Siyazan districts within the framework of the “North-Eastern Development Project” financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), as well as in Gazakh, Tovuz, Shamkir and Agstafa districts under the scope of the “North-Western Agricultural Development Project” aiming at reducing the poverty in order to ameliorate the welfare of the persons residing in rural areas. The Credit Organization is carrying out the transfer of the funds collected due to use of agricultural equipment purchased at the expenses of the Grant of the Japanese Government to the Partnership Fund and as an extension of this project the funds collected in the Fund of Partnership within the last years together with the Ministry of Agriculture in connection with implementation of 2KR Program of the Japanese Government. The Credit Organization is administrating credits issued by the World Bank on privatization of the former economic units and by the former Credit Fund.
